We use the finest organic Grenadian cocoa beans, organic sugar and the best ingredients available to create our special hand painted bean to bar bon bons, delicious truffles and chocolate bars.
Before there was chocolate there was cocoa! The Garifuna (hybrid native people who inhabited the Grenadines) travelled island to island, exchanging items with their relatives in Grenada, Dominica, Martinique and Barbados etc. It is believed that these islanders have knowledge of and enjoyed the cocoa drink. They even have a name for the cocoa fruit; it is called “Gabu”
